We at Currant believe that every business should have a dedicated focus towards what it is they do best, however in some instances different businesses with different focuses may in fact be very compatible in terms of a common objective. The criteria applied by us is reduced to what the result of each respective party's unique but specialized contribution would be in a possible combination with the others – and in our case it may revolve around our expertise in any of our business units, our infrastructure, our staff, our management skills and our intellectual capital.

In recognition of this principle, we have established a business unit which formalizes Joint Venture Partnerships into equity based participation structures, based on the value each Joint Venture Partner can provide in the achievement of the common objective.
