Any prospective customer and/or prospective subscriber may have specific information technology service requirements, which services may be offered by Currant Technologies, however, any services so provided by Currant Technologies, will only be provided subject to its Standard Terms and Conditions (“ STAC ”).

The STAC intends to facilitate the conclusion of individual contracts in the form of “service contracts” (as defined in the STAC) between the “service provider” (as defined in the STAC) and any prospective “subscriber” (as defined in the STAC). Furthermore, together with the “service order(s)” (as defined in the STAC) and/or “ad-hoc order(s)” (as defined in the STAC) delivered and accepted in accordance with the STAC, the STAC establishes the general terms and conditions under which the service provider shall provide the “services” (as defined in the STAC) to the subscriber and/or any ad-hoc customer.

Currant Technologies CC (“ the service provider ”) provides services to its subscribers and /or ad-hoc customers (“ the customer ”) subject to the provisions of its service terms (“ service terms ”), its Standard Terms and Conditions (“ STAC ”), the Standard Rates Schedule (“ SRS ”) of the service provider (when applicable) as well as its Official Use Regulations (“ Official Use Regulations ”). The Official Use Regulations collectively account for privacy and confidentiality protection rules (“ Privacy Policy ”) including use rules and security policies whereby certain customer actions are prohibited by the service provider (" Use Policy "). The Official Use Regulations are binding upon the customer as a consequence of the customer's acceptance of the STAC and the relevant service terms of each service it uses.

Currant Technologies aims to direct its operation and its services via customised service level agreements negotiated and agreed between ourselves and our valued customers. In cases where such agreements exist, all services provided for in such agreements shall be subject to the terms and conditions therein agreed, however, in cases where customers make use of our technical support services on an ad-hoc basis (in the absence of service level agreements), the pricing, terms and conditions of our Standard Rates Schedule (“ SRS ”) shall apply.
